I placed an order in July and it still hasn't come. I never received a tracking number although I did get an email saying it was shipped. It should have arrived over a month ago. As much as I've tried to reach the store, the only response I got was brief and said they'd provide the tracking number once returning from vacation. I'm afraid they may be trying to delay me until it's too late to file a chargeback. Has anybody had better luck than me?
